Gallery 360 launches into the coming season with an exhibition devoted to the vibrant contrast and crystalline brilliance that only the winter months can radiate in an exhibition entitled, A Northern Light. Local artist Katie Clymer’s landscape paintings depict a contemporary approach to nature byway of a variety of textural layering techniques in acrylic and ink that pair with the sharp detailing effects Clymer is well-known for. This combination yields a dramatic series of idealized scenery that offers a unique perspective on our great Northern environs.
